d999 Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered user) and d999. By accessing or using any part of the d999 platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are a resident of Pakistan or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

d999 may ask you to confirm your acceptance of these terms explicitly at the time of registration or at other points during your use of the platform, including at the time of significant account changes or when claiming promotions. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These terms are written in English (en-PK) and are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which d999 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the d999 platform, these terms represent the complete agreement between you and d999 and supersede any prior understandings, representations or agreements.

To use d999's betting and casino services you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a chosen password and confirmation that you meet the age and eligibility requirements in these terms.

Each person may hold only one d999 account. Duplicate accounts — including multiple accounts registered to the same mobile number, CNIC, IP address, device or payment method — are prohibited. d999 uses automated systems to detect duplicate account activity. If duplicate accounts are identified, d999 may close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending withdrawals or bonus balances without notice.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
• You must update your account information promptly if anything changes.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity.
• You must not use a virtual private network (VPN) or other tools to misrepresent your location in order to access d999 from a restricted jurisdiction.
• d999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Identity Verification (KYC): d999 is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals. Verification requires a clear photograph of the front and back of your Pakistani CNIC (National Identity Card) and a selfie. Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed. d999 may request additional documentation in certain circumstances.

• Welcome Bonus: New players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a match bonus of up to Rs 50,000. The qualifying deposit must be made through the d999 cashier using a supported payment method.

• Bets are binding once the confirmation screen is accepted. d999 cannot cancel confirmed bets except in cases of obvious pricing errors or event cancellation.
• Obvious Errors: d999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by technical or human error. A bet will be voided if the odds offered were materially different from the true market price at the time of the event. In such cases the full stake is returned to your d999 wallet.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or otherwise does not complete within a defined timeframe, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.
• Cricket Specific: For PSL and international cricket matches, a minimum number of overs must be completed for certain markets to be settled as stated in the specific market rules. Rain-interrupted matches follow DLS method outcomes where applicable.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted for individual accounts at d999's discretion.
• d999 may void any bet that it believes was placed with prior knowledge of the outcome (insider information) or as part of match-fixing activity.

d999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time if d999 reasonably believes that the account has been used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, for fraudulent purposes, for money laundering, for bonus abuse, or for any other activity that harms the integrity of the platform or its players.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any balance in the account — including bonus funds and winnings generated through prohibited activity — may be forfeited. Any real-money balance that is not connected to prohibited activity will be returned to the player's registered payment method following a standard processing period.

Players may close their own d999 account at any time by contacting the support team. If you choose to close your account while a withdrawal is pending, the withdrawal will be processed to your registered payment method before the account is closed. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.
